1. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, the website, or any purchase made through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Karnataka, India, where the operator is headquartered.
2. About These Terms
By accessing or using polyvault.store ("the Site"), operated by Malnad shop ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Site. We reserve the right to update, amend, or change these terms at any time without prior notice; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. Product images, descriptions, and pricing are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access at our sole discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to the PolyVault name, logo, product imagery, descriptions, graphics, text, and site design — is the property of PolyVault or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without our prior written consent.
5. Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any account associated with it, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or is otherwise harmful to PolyVault, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PolyVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
7. Refund & Cancellations Policy
Digital Goods & License
Every product sold on the Site is a digital file delivered by download link. Purchase grants a standard license to use the model in personal and commercial projects (renders, games, film, visualization) for one team; it does not permit reselling or redistributing the model files themselves, alone or bundled, in any marketplace.
Refunds
Refunds may be requested at any time BEFORE the purchased product is downloaded or used; once the product has been downloaded, the sale is final and no refund is issued. Independent of refunds, faulty downloads are repaired: a corrupt or incomplete archive, or files materially different from the listing (a promised format missing, specs that contradict the spec table), reported within 7 days, will be fixed or regenerated at no cost. A payment charged with no order delivered is always refunded in full. Compatibility outside the formats stated on the product page is not a fault.
Policy Turnaround Time (TAT)
Customers must report faults within 7 days of purchase with the order id. Claims are acknowledged within 48 hours; we first attempt to fix the files or regenerate the download, and where we cannot make it right an approved refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
Mode of Refund
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or the applicable payment gateway account). Refunds typically reflect in the customer's account within 7–10 business days after processing, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Because delivery is instant, an order can only be cancelled before its download link has been generated — in practice, before payment completes. After delivery, the Refunds policy above applies instead. Cancellation or refund requests are accepted through email (Sanamasoom1995@gmail.com) or phone (+91 73497 28704), and are confirmed in writing within 24–48 hours.
