Every product on PolyVault is a digital file. There are no couriers, no dispatch windows and no customs — your download link appears on the order confirmation page the moment payment completes, and the same link is emailed to the address on your order.

Download links

Links are personal to your order. If a link expires or fails before you have your files, contact us and we regenerate it at no cost.

Keep a local copy of anything you buy — we are a store, not a backup service.

File formats

The formats included with each model are stated on its product page (the spec table's “File formats” row). What the listing states is what the download contains — if it isn't, that's covered by the refund policy.
