Orders & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Paytm, and credit & debit cards at checkout. All payments are processed over encrypted, secure connections.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Prices are shown and charged in your region's currency — rupees in India, euros across Europe, dollars everywhere else. The price on the product page is the price at checkout.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes — any time before you download the product, write to us with your order id and we cancel and refund it. Once the product has been downloaded, the sale is final and no refund is issued (faulty files are still fixed free — see the refund policy).
Downloads
How do I get my files?
The moment payment completes, a download link appears on your order confirmation page and is emailed to you. Details in downloads & delivery.
My download link expired or failed. Now what?
Contact us with your order id and we regenerate it at no cost.
What file formats are included?
Each model's product page lists its included formats in the spec table (for example .c4d, .fbx, .obj). What the table states is what the archive contains.
Using the models
Can I use a model commercially?
Yes — the standard license covers personal and commercial projects: renders, games, film, visualization. One purchase covers one team.
What am I not allowed to do?
Resell or redistribute the model files themselves, on their own or bundled, in any marketplace.
A model says listing-only / has no spec table. What does that mean?
Some catalogue entries are still being enriched with full specs and galleries. The title, preview and price are accurate; full specifications appear as soon as enrichment completes.
