Refund policy

The rule: before download, not after

You can request a refund at any time before you download or use the product — write to us with your order id and we cancel and refund the purchase.

Once the product has been downloaded, the sale is final and no refund is issued. A downloaded digital file cannot be returned.

Faulty or misdescribed files

If a downloaded archive is corrupt or incomplete, or the files are materially different from the listing (a promised format missing, specs that contradict the spec table), report it within 7 days — we fix the files or regenerate your download at no cost.

Payment charged but no order and no download delivered is always refunded in full.

What is never refundable

Change of mind after downloading.

Software compatibility outside what the listing states. The spec table lists the included formats; check it before buying.

How to claim, timelines & mode

Write to us with your order id. Requests are acknowledged within 48 hours; approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
